The role
The company is hiring a Software Engineer for the EAA Compliance CXAE team in its Platform group. The team builds AI-first tools for customer experience compliance agents, covering compliance and KYC processes. The company is remote-first with quarterly in-person sessions.
What you will do
- Build end-to-end features in Go and React for compliance agent platforms
- Lead the evaluation, selection and integration of third-party tools and vendors
- Work with product, design, security, data and engineering teams on complex problems
- Own technical architecture for scalable services in event-driven, distributed systems
- Mentor engineers on design, coding standards, testing and deployment
What they ask for
- 4+ years building large-scale production systems with Go, React and cloud tech (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform)
- Experience integrating third-party vendor APIs and SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of distributed patterns: rate limiters, caching, load balancing, circuit breakers, Kafka and queues
- Hands-on observability: metrics, logging, tracing and production debugging
- Working knowledge of gRPC, GraphQL, SQL or NoSQL databases and ETL pipelines
- Responsible use of generative AI tools with human oversight
