The role
The company is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Admin & IAM team, which owns sign-in, SSO, MFA, user provisioning, permissions and the enterprise admin experience. The role is remote-first, with an optional Buenos Aires office.
What you will do
- Build and evolve identity and access systems: authentication, authorization, SSO, provisioning, sessions and permissions.
- Build the enterprise administration experience, including workspace configuration, user administration and billing.
- Design and ship secure access and admin features with Product, Design and Infrastructure.
- Own technical initiatives from design through rollout and operational support.
- Give code reviews, mentor teammates and use AI tools in daily workflows.
What they ask for
- 4+ years building and shipping large-scale production software on an agile team.
- Strong backend and API experience with Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, MongoDB or similar.
- Hands-on experience building production UIs with React.
- Ability to plan and deliver technical projects iteratively.
- Domain experience with identity and access concepts such as SSO, SCIM or session management is a plus.
- Experience building B2B SaaS admin or configuration surfaces is a plus.
