The role
The company is hiring a Software Engineer for its Adoption team, building features for North, its enterprise AI workspace platform. The work spans frontend, backend and AI agents. The company is remote-friendly with offices in several cities.
What you will do
- Build and ship features for the North AI workspace platform
- Develop autonomous agents that work with sensitive enterprise data
- Write minimal code that runs in low-resource environments with strict deployment
- Work with researchers to productionize new models and techniques
What they ask for
- At least two years of experience
- Shipped full-stack Python and React code in production
- Comfortable working across the stack
- Able to execute while priorities shift
- Experience building and deploying RAG or agentic applications at scale
- Able to read and fix issues outside the main code base
