- Strong React and TypeScript, with full-stack experience (Node, GraphQL, PostgreSQL)
- Track record of driving complex end-to-end features with visible impact
- Product sense for UX, speed and polish
- Able to help shape problems without heavy PM support
- Comfortable in a remote, async-first environment
- Based in North America
