The role
The company, which makes a product development tool for teams and agents, is hiring a Senior or Staff Product Engineer. The work covers AI features and the collaborative editor in a small full-stack TypeScript team. Remote; open to candidates in the US and Europe.
What you will do
- Work with founders and design to implement new product ideas
- Build AI-powered functionality into the core of the company
- Update the realtime collaborative content editor used across internal surfaces
- Build user-facing features with scalable UI components
- Improve application performance and refine development processes
What they ask for
- 5+ years building customer-facing products at a high-quality software company
- Strong React and TypeScript, with full-stack experience across Node, GraphQL and PostgreSQL
- Track record of driving complex end-to-end features with visible product impact
- Product sense for UX, speed and polish
- Ability to work without heavy PM support and own features from idea to shipped
- Comfortable in a remote, async-first environment
- Based in the US or Europe
