The role
The company, which makes a product development tool for teams and agents, is hiring a Senior or Staff Full-stack Engineer for its small TypeScript team. The work spans database models, GraphQL, real-time sync and the editor. Remote; open to candidates in the US and Europe.
What you will do
- Build features from database models and GraphQL resolvers to UI components
- Improve the data synchronisation stack with better serialisation protocols
- Add real-time collaborative editing to the content editor
- Improve performance by profiling virtualised list rendering
- Add analytics, monitoring and alerts to the service
- Open source non-trivial innovations from the product work
What they ask for
- 5+ years building customer-facing products at a high-quality software company
- Strong React and TypeScript, with full-stack experience across Node, GraphQL and PostgreSQL
- Track record of driving complex end-to-end features with visible impact
- Product sense for UX, speed and polish
- High ownership, from idea to shipped feature
- Comfortable in a remote, async-first environment
- Based in the US or Europe
