The role
The company, maker of a product development platform for teams and agents, is hiring a senior or staff fullstack engineer to build user-facing features across the stack. The role is open to candidates in North America and Europe, in most time zones within those regions.
What you will do
- Build user-facing features end to end, from database models to GraphQL resolvers and UI components
- Improve the data synchronization stack with better serialization protocols
- Add real-time collaborative editing to the content editor
- Profile and tune virtualized list rendering for performance
- Add analytics, monitoring and alerts to respond better to operational incidents
What they ask for
- 5+ years building customer-facing products at a high-quality software company
- Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals with full-stack experience (Node, GraphQL, PostgreSQL)
- Track record of driving complex, end-to-end features with visible product impact
- Product sense for UX, speed and polish
- High ownership: able to take a feature from idea to shipped without heavy PM support
- Comfortable in a remote, async-first environment
- Based in North America or Europe
