The role
The company is hiring a Developer Success Engineer for Stytch, a hybrid engineering and customer success role helping developers understand and implement the product. Remote, East Coast time zone only, and not hiring in CT, NJ or NY at this time.
What you will do
- Build new features and fix bugs in Stytch and the company products
- Help developers design implementations and answer their technical questions
- Pass customer feedback to Product, Design and Engineering teams
- Improve documentation and processes for internal and external audiences
What they ask for
- 2+ years writing code to build, debug or automate in a support, solutions or software engineering role
- Hands-on programming experience in a major language
- Ability to debug customer integrations, SDKs and open-source libraries and ship small tested fixes
- Familiarity with modern web services and APIs
- Based in the East Coast time zone, not in CT, NJ or NY
- Nice to have: SAML/OAuth, MFA and IdP experience, prior customer-facing technical role
