The role
The company is hiring a Software Engineer II for its Marketing Enablement and Technology team, working on search visibility (SEO) and CRM email tooling. The role is full-stack and covers a React email component library, Next.js pipeline and SEO data pipelines. The company is flex-first.
What you will do
- Ship full-stack features that improve search engine and AI answer engine visibility and organic traffic
- Build a modular React email component library that compiles to client-safe HTML
- Develop responsive, accessible emails that render consistently and improve the Next.js compile pipeline
- Contribute to data pipelines for SEO and answer-engine ingestion and delivery
- Run dynamic CRM campaigns using templating and config, integrating with ESPs such as Braze and REST APIs
- Build automation that reduces QA and setup time, and triage rendering issues
What they ask for
- 3-5 years of software engineering with React, TypeScript, Ruby, Python, PostgreSQL and SQL
- Ability to build and launch full-stack features with minimal oversight
- Hands-on React and Next.js, including compiling components to HTML
- HTML/CSS and responsive email expertise across clients, devices and dark mode
- Experience with data pipelines and distributed systems, with exposure to Airflow or dbt
- REST API and webhook integration experience with privacy-compliant data handling
- SEO and answer-engine optimization knowledge preferred
