The role
The company is hiring a Software Engineer for its Platform Engineering team, which builds the tools that speed up the software development life cycle for the company's engineers: build, test and release pipelines and GitHub Actions integrations.
What you will do
- Design, implement and maintain build infrastructure for a large TypeScript and Node.js codebase.
- Define and refine CI/CD processes and best practices with developers and platform engineers.
- Find and fix bottlenecks and automation opportunities in the development pipeline.
- Develop scalable platform features that keep software delivery reliable and available.
- Train and support internal engineers in using the tools.
What they ask for
- 5+ years on the backend, integrations or CI/CD pipelines of a high-performing engineering team.
- Experience building reusable components and libraries.
- Solid understanding of Linux, Docker and CI tools such as GitHub Actions.
- Experience designing, implementing and documenting API services.
- Good written communication and technical documentation skills.
- Plus: Node.js/TypeScript tooling, Kubernetes, Python, Go, Terraform, Azure.
