The role
The company is hiring a Senior Manager to lead both its Product Security and Security Operations teams. The role sets strategy, embeds security in the development lifecycle and guides incident response. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship.
What you will do
- Lead the Product Security and Security Operations teams and hold them to measurable outcomes
- Define strategy, operating plans, metrics and resource priorities
- Scale threat modeling, application security testing, vulnerability management and developer enablement
- Lead detection engineering, incident response, threat intelligence and threat hunting
- Guide high-severity incidents, investigations and security reviews
- Manage program budgets and security vendors
What they ask for
- 7+ years in cybersecurity across product, application or infrastructure security plus security operations or incident response
- 4+ years managing experienced security engineers or technical teams
- Experience building or scaling product security programs with Engineering
- Knowledge of secure development, threat modeling, vulnerability management and cloud-native architecture
- Knowledge of incident response, detection engineering, SIEM, EDR and identity security
- Experience managing budgets and security providers such as MSSPs
- US work authorization; no immigration sponsorship
