The role
The company, a collaboration platform, is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Growth & Engagement team. The team builds product experiences and experiments covering acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention and monetization.
What you will do
- Build customer-facing features that improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and monetization
- Work with Product, Design, Data, Marketing and Customer Success to turn feedback and analytics into product decisions
- Design and analyse experiments using feature flags and A/B tests
- Build instrumentation and event pipelines that show customer behavior
- Improve performance, reliability, accessibility and scalability of key user journeys
- Mentor teammates through code reviews and design discussions
What they ask for
- 5+ years as a software engineer running production software
- Modern web development with TypeScript, React, Node.js and MongoDB or similar
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol and AI tooling
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools
- Experience building customer-facing products with Product and Design
- Uses analytics and data to guide decisions
- Strong fundamentals in system design, testing and observability
- Experience on a growth or engagement team is preferred
