The role
The company, a fully remote customer support software company, is hiring a mid to senior Product Engineer for its Intelligence team. The role is frontend-focused but full-stack, building features that surface actionable data to customers.
What you will do
- Ship customer-facing features across the full stack, building intelligence features from loosely defined specs
- Handle front-end details such as responsiveness, loading states and accessibility
- Join customer calls, take part in a support escalation rotation and watch session recordings
- Agree an outcome metric with a PM, instrument it and track results after launch
- Own production readiness: automation, monitoring, alerting and logging
- Help interview future engineers
What they ask for
- Strong full-stack-capable engineering with substantial JavaScript/TypeScript and React experience
- Front-end craft and the initiative to ship end to end
- Fluency with AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
- A high bar for AI quality, with evaluation and guardrails
- Habit of seeking customer feedback and measuring outcomes
- Clear written communication in a remote, async team
