The role
The company, an influencer marketing company, is hiring a Senior AI Automation Engineer to work with teams such as Operations, Finance, Marketing and Customer Success and replace manual work with AI-powered tools. The role also coaches non-technical colleagues to build their own automations.
What you will do
- Work with non-technical teams to understand their workflows and find the highest-impact automation opportunities
- Build automations and internal tools with AI platforms, scripting and APIs, shipping working first versions quickly
- Combine LLMs, agents, RAG and prompt design with existing systems
- Harden prototypes with reliability, monitoring, error handling and documentation
- Coach colleagues who build their own automations through working sessions and office hours
- Create reusable templates, prompt libraries and integration patterns
What they ask for
- Track record of building automations, internal tools or AI workflows with measurable business impact
- Fluency with LLMs, agents, RAG and prompt design, plus APIs, scripts and no-code or low-code platforms
- Business-first mindset and bias to action, shipping a first version in days
- Judgment on when a one-off solution needs to be built for the whole organisation
- Clear written and verbal communication with non-technical audiences
- Internal tools, RevOps or BizOps experience is a plus
