The role
The company is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer for its AI Scheduling team, which builds AI-native products on top of its scheduling platform. The work is zero-to-one, and candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
What you will do
- Build features for the highest-impact enterprise customers across React and TypeScript frontends and backend APIs
- Improve activation, reliability and trust, and fix customer-facing issues
- Work with ML engineers, flexing into prompts, evaluations, guardrails or AI-service work
- Contribute to platform scaling and improve engineering practices across squads
- Review pull requests and implementation plans, and mentor teammates
- Lead projects independently from discovery through launch
What they ask for
- 7+ years of software engineering at a SaaS or technology company
- Success in a zero-to-one product environment
- Strong frontend skills with React and TypeScript, including state management and design systems
- Backend experience designing REST or GraphQL APIs in Node.js, Ruby on Rails or similar
- Relational database experience such as PostgreSQL, and service-oriented architectures
- Customer-facing AI or LLM product experience is preferred
- Availability for an on-call rotation
- Authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship
