The role
The company, an AI-first outsourcing company with teams in the Philippines and Colombia, is hiring a Webflow Developer to own its web presence and support client marketing sites. Hours generally follow US business hours.
What you will do
- Build and maintain responsive Webflow sites from Figma or other design files
- Own site architecture, CMS structure and content modeling
- Optimise page speed, SEO and Core Web Vitals
- Build custom interactions with Webflow tools and custom code
- Integrate tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, forms and chat widgets
- Manage staging and publishing workflows and keep a reusable component library
What they ask for
- 4+ years building production sites in Webflow
- Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript beyond the visual editor
- Experience with custom code embeds, API integrations and Webflow CMS at scale
- Portfolio of live Webflow projects
- Strong written and spoken English
- Works independently on several projects at once
- Technical SEO and HubSpot experience are nice to have
