The role
The company is recruiting for a founder-led clean beauty self-tanning brand that sells on TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest. The Social Media & Content Creator works part or full time, Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM MST, appears on camera and drives sales through social channels.
What you will do
- Plan content strategy and keep the monthly content calendar with the founder
- Create UGC-style video on camera, using AI tools for photos and visuals
- Hit weekly targets: 5 Reels, 10 TikToks, 2 in-feed posts, daily Stories and 3 Pinterest pins
- Run TikTok Live selling and use TikTok Shop and Instagram Shopping
- Engage with the community in comments and DMs
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth and social revenue and report to the founder
What they ask for
- Comfortable appearing on camera regularly
- Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest
- Genuine interest in beauty and wellness products
- Familiar with AI tools for content and editing
- Organised, able to hit weekly targets without hand-holding
- Strong async communication across time zones
- Available 9AM to 5PM MST, part or full time
