The role
The company is hiring a Demo Architect in EMEA to build and run the tools, applications and infrastructure behind field demos, workshops, trials and internal test environments. The work mixes software engineering, infrastructure and collaboration with sales and solutions teams. The role is remote and asynchronous.
What you will do
- Build and maintain tools and workflows that support demos, workshops, trials and test environments
- Extend the Demo Architect Portal for more automation and self-service for field teams and partners
- Provision and support infrastructure for hands-on customer experiences
- Document go-to-market workflows and automate the wasteful steps
- Create technical workshop assets and enablement content for pre-sales
- Fix urgent demo and workshop environment problems and keep stakeholders informed

- Experience building software or internal tools for technical users or business teams
- Ability to deliver reliable, maintainable, documented production-grade automation
- Comfort across application development and infrastructure provisioning
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success and Engineering
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous setting
- Willingness to travel periodically for team offsites
