The role
The company is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build and support AI and automation solutions that improve business processes. The remote job turns stakeholder needs into working agents, workflows and low-code apps on platforms like Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Salesforce.
What you will do
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and turn them into technical specifications
- Design and deploy AI assistants, agents, workflows, automations and low-code apps
- Build prototypes and proofs of concept to test feasibility and value
- Integrate solutions with enterprise systems and manage connectors, permissions and data access
- Test solutions for accuracy, reliability and security, and write documentation
- Support user training and adoption of approved AI and automation tools
What they ask for
- 3+ years delivering technology solutions, automation, integration, software or low-code projects
- Hands-on experience with AI, automation or enterprise development platforms
- Working knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, prompting and agents
- Experience configuring workflows, integrations, connectors and APIs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Work hours generally align with US business hours
