What you will do
- Build backend features and systems for custom task data with attention to performance
- Own development end to end, from concept to production
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders on the product
- Find and implement improvements to existing systems
- Help shape the engineering culture
What they ask for
- 5+ years building performant, high-throughput systems, ideally on Node.js
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent major
- Writes high-quality code, ideally in TypeScript
- Experience writing and debugging SQL queries at scale
- Experience developing event-based systems
- Experience with major cloud services, ideally AWS
- Comfortable with ambiguity and delivering with little direction
