The role
Emerging Travel Group is hiring a Senior BPM Engineer / Systems Analyst to automate customer support using Camunda 8 and AI tools. You will design business processes, configure AI bots and classifiers, and integrate them with other systems.
What you will do
- Design and implement BPMN processes and DMN decision tables in Camunda 8
- Configure logic and prompts in no-code AI platforms such as voice bot call flows and LLM classifiers
- Debug active automation scenarios in Camunda Operate and ship fixes
- Integrate processes with other systems via REST API, JSON and Kafka
- Work with product, technical and analytics teams
- Promote automation and new AI integrations across the company
What they ask for
- 3+ years with production BPM engines, including designing and deploying BPMN/DMN processes
- Solid Camunda 7/8 production experience
- Expert knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN and FEEL
- Integration experience with REST API, JSON and Kafka
- Understanding of AI/LLM solutions for business processes
- Ability to gather requirements independently
- Nice to have: SQL, prompt engineering, no-code AI platforms
