The role
Lago is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the build of a web and mobile platform, including reliable data pipelines from messy external sources. Hours are 9am to 5pm Eastern, with pay negotiated by experience.
What you will do
- Build and maintain the web and mobile versions of the platform
- Set up the backend, APIs and database architecture for performance and scale
- Turn UI designs into responsive builds
- Integrate third-party tools and external data sources
- Handle deployment, testing and performance optimization
What they ask for
- 5+ years building production systems in Python
- Strong SQL and database design: schema, query optimization, data modeling
- ETL and data pipeline experience
- Web scraping expertise: browser automation, API reverse-engineering, anti-bot handling, rate limiting
- Experience in a small team or startup under 20 people
- Available 9am to 5pm Eastern
- Preferred: e-commerce data (Amazon, Keepa, SP-API), frontend dashboards, AWS or GCP
