The role
Dropbox is hiring a Senior Manager for field and channel marketing across Asia-Pacific and Japan, reporting to the CMO. The role builds the regional marketing plan with the Regional VP of Sales, manages the budget and leads the Japan Marketing team.
What you will do
- Own the integrated field and channel marketing strategy for APJ, aligned with regional sales priorities
- Plan and run field events, executive experiences, account-based programs, webinars and partner activations
- Lead and develop the Japan Marketing team
- Build joint plans and co-marketing programs with priority partners
- Adapt global campaigns for local markets and own the regional budget, vendors and reporting
- Travel in the region and internationally, about 20% of the time
What they ask for
- 10+ years of B2B marketing, including regional, field, demand generation or channel marketing in enterprise SaaS or tech
- Experience running multi-country APJ strategies with measurable pipeline impact
- People-management experience across countries and time zones
- Ability to partner with senior sales leaders and run planning and business reviews
- Experience with field and channel programs: events, ABM, partner co-marketing, campaigns
- Commercial and analytical skills: budgets, KPIs, pipeline contribution
