The role
Instacart is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager II to own consumer marketing for Canada, covering brand, partnerships, influencer programs and localization. Reports to the Director of Consumer Growth and Partnerships Marketing. Remote, hiring in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and Nova Scotia.
What you will do
- Develop the Canada marketing strategy and get executive alignment
- Execute the plan as the single owner with cross-functional teams and agencies
- Own Canadian brand partnerships and agency relationships
- Use consumer, category and competitive insights to guide brand and business growth
- Own the Canadian influencer program with the media team and agencies
- Localize campaigns and content and track the monthly Canada marketing budget
What they ask for
- 10+ years in brand and integrated campaign marketing, preferably at a US consumer tech company
- Proven ability to turn business goals into brand narratives and campaigns
- Skill with creative briefs, channel and agency partnership, execution and measurement
- Comfortable presenting strategy to VP and C-suite stakeholders
- Understanding of Canadian market nuance, including reaching consumers in Quebec
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Live in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia or Nova Scotia; bilingual English/French preferred
