The role
Runway, a business planning platform for finance teams, is hiring a Senior or Staff Platform Engineer to shape core infrastructure and backend systems as an early engineer. The company is remote-first for candidates in North America.
What you will do
- Make architectural decisions that let the product and infrastructure scale with the customer base.
- Work with design and product managers to plan and build the core product.
- Build a flexible technical foundation for varied product needs.
- Possible projects: a formula evaluation and query engine, an integrations platform and infrastructure scaling.
- Help recruit, close and grow other engineers.
