The role
1Password is hiring a Senior Staff Product Marketing Manager to own marketing for its Enterprise Password Manager, from messaging and positioning to competitive strategy and launches. Individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. Remote in Canada or the US.
What you will do
- Own messaging, positioning and launch strategy for Enterprise Password Manager
- Define how the company talks about credentials security for employees, service accounts and AI agents
- Own competitive intelligence and category positioning with Solutions Marketing
- Produce discovery decks, battlecards, objection guides and technical briefs for sellers
- Tell the product story to analysts, IT buyers and security leaders
- Connect the product story to the Unified Access platform narrative
What they ask for
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing, with password management, credentials or identity security experience
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts
- Experience repositioning a mature enterprise product
- Ability to market to IT admins, CISOs and security engineers
- Understanding of API keys, certificates, machine secrets and passkeys
- Working knowledge of MDM, SSO and directory services
- Strong writing and narrative skills for multiple audiences
- Based in Canada or the US
