The role
Sanity, a content operating system company, is hiring a Senior Support Engineer for the EU. The role owns complex technical issues for enterprise customers and works to improve support processes and documentation. Candidates must be remote in the UK or Ireland.
What you will do
- Own and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise customers
- Lead investigations into high-severity issues and communicate during incidents
- Produce minimal reproductions, reusable code snippets and structured issue reports
- Mentor other Support Engineers informally
- Work with Product and Engineering to surface patterns that shape product improvements
- Write documentation and self-serve guides, and join the community support rotation
What they ask for
- Remote in the UK or Ireland
- 4+ years in developer support or engineering roles
- Strong experience debugging JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web apps such as Next.js
- Record of owning complex issues from diagnosis to resolution
- Ability to reason across frontend, APIs and infrastructure
- Calm, clear communication under pressure
- Bias toward improving systems and documentation
