The role
GitLab is hiring a Senior Talent Brand Manager in its People Group to lead talent brand strategy and recruitment marketing campaigns. The role sets direction for a small team and works with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Communications. All GitLab roles are remote, and some have location-based eligibility requirements.
What you will do
- Lead talent brand strategy and translate the employer value proposition into candidate messaging
- Design integrated campaigns and scalable content systems, recruiter resources and reporting
- Set editorial direction for stories about team members, leaders, culture and career growth
- Advise Talent Acquisition and business leaders on audience strategy and campaigns
- Improve candidate journey touchpoints throughout hiring
- Use performance data and candidate feedback to set priorities and report impact
What they ask for
- Significant experience in talent brand, employer brand or recruitment marketing
- Experience leading brand or recruitment marketing strategy across audiences, regions or hiring priorities
- Strong storytelling, writing and editing
- Experience leading complex campaigns with budgets, deadlines or external partners
- Strong analytical judgment using data and research
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work asynchronously
