The role
Hunt St is placing a video-first social media manager with a Sydney property advisory business that is building its first internal marketing function. The role produces and publishes short and long video content from an existing script library. Open to Philippines-based contractors.
What you will do
- Develop content ideas that fit the brand and audience
- Write scripts and captions for short-form video
- Edit short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
- Edit podcast episodes for YouTube and cut highlight clips
- Schedule and publish across social and podcast platforms
- Repurpose podcast transcripts into LinkedIn articles and blog content, and manage ManyChat workflows and community engagement
What they ask for
- Proven experience managing social accounts and content calendars
- Strong video editing skills for short and long formats
- Experience creating content for video-first platforms
- Experience writing scripts, captions and long-form text
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organised and able to manage deadlines independently
- Podcast editing, SEO writing and scheduling tools are regarded highly
