Wealthsimple is hiring a software development manager to lead one of its Institutional Transfers teams, which move client accounts between institutions. Remote within Canada.
What you will do
- Lead a team of software developers
- Shape technical direction and delivery for transfers
- Hire, coach and manage performance

- Experience managing and developing software engineering teams
- Delivering reliable products in a complex or regulated setting
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL, Kafka, Temporal, Kubernetes or AWS
- Fintech, banking or brokerage experience
