Wealthsimple is hiring a Senior Data Scientist for its Finance, Brokerage and Market Risk team to own finance data marts, pipelines and reporting. The role is remote in Canada.
What you will do
- Own finance and market risk data marts
- Build pipelines for financial reports and metrics
- Automate brokerage reporting and monitoring
- Build dashboards for brokerage KPIs
What they ask for
- 5+ years in data engineering or analytics development
- Data mart architecture and design expertise
- Pipeline tools such as dbt or Airflow
- Git and GitHub workflows
- Visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI
- Brokerage or financial services experience preferred
