The role
GitLab is hiring a Talent Brand Manager to shape how current and prospective team members see the company as an employer. The role covers storytelling, recruitment marketing and campaigns across the candidate journey. All GitLab roles are remote, and some have location-based eligibility requirements.
What you will do
- Turn the employer value proposition into candidate-facing messaging
- Run talent brand campaigns across careers content, social media, review platforms, events and recruiter channels
- Develop stories featuring team members, leaders and culture
- Work with Talent Acquisition on content that supports hiring priorities and pipeline
- Improve candidate journey touchpoints during hiring
- Track content and funnel metrics, and manage projects and external partners
What they ask for
- Experience in talent brand, employer brand, recruitment marketing, content strategy or communications
- Experience turning a brand or employer value proposition into content and campaigns
- Strong storytelling, writing and editing across channels
- Experience delivering campaigns with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Comfort using performance data and audience insights
- Ability to influence across functions and work asynchronously
- Applicable work authorization
