The role
CXM Direct is hiring a CRM Marketing Manager, reporting to the CMO, to own customer lifecycle marketing across 12 markets. The aim is to improve activation, first-time deposits, retention and reactivation through segmentation and automated journeys. Fully remote.
What you will do
- Own customer journeys covering onboarding, activation, retention, VIP, churn prevention and win-back
- Build and optimise automated email and push campaigns in tools such as Mailgun, Braze or Klaviyo
- Build segments, consent lists and personalised content
- Manage localised CRM communications across 12 markets and languages
- Monitor deliverability, bounces and spam complaints, and run pre-launch QA
- Run A/B and holdout tests and analyse results by market and segment
What they ask for
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, email marketing or marketing automation
- Hands-on experience building automated customer journeys
- Experience managing CRM across multiple markets and languages
- Strong knowledge of email deliverability and campaign QA
- Experience with Mailgun, Braze, Klaviyo or similar platforms
- Analytical mindset; SQL a strong advantage
- Experience in FX, fintech, trading, igaming or another regulated B2C setting is desirable
