The role
CXM Direct is hiring a fully remote full-stack QA engineer, reporting to the QA Lead, for a financial trading product. The work combines manual testing, test automation and release validation. Familiarity with forex, crypto or trading is required.
What you will do
- Test features end to end, including functional, integration, API, regression and exploratory testing
- Review requirements and acceptance criteria for gaps and quality risks
- Build and maintain Playwright E2E tests in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python API integration tests
- Investigate failing or flaky tests and improve automation reliability
- Validate releases and report outstanding risks before deployment
What they ask for
- Practical experience testing web applications manually and with automation
- Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript for E2E and Python for API tests
- Familiarity with forex, crypto or trading products
- Able to work independently and prioritise competing tasks
- Clear written communication and attention to detail
- Native-level Russian and English at B2 or above
