The role
Motive, a platform for managing drivers, vehicles and fleet spend, is hiring a Demand Generation Marketing Manager for its Mid-Market segment. You would plan and run account-based and full-funnel campaigns in partnership with channel owners, sales and marketing operations.
What you will do
- Plan, run and optimize programmatic ABM and full-funnel demand campaigns for mid-market.
- Map content to the buyer journey and request new content and sales collateral.
- Maintain target account lists and work with Marketing Operations on targeting and list hygiene.
- Own execution for webinars and calendared sales plays, and support direct mail.
- Align campaigns with SDRs, AEs and sales leadership, and give them messaging and sales plays.
- Monitor performance and pipeline contribution, and report to leadership.
What they ask for
- 5+ years in B2B demand generation, campaign management or growth marketing.
- Track record of multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline beyond events.
- Hands-on experience with ABM, both 1:Few and 1:Many motions.
- Experience partnering with SDRs and AEs on outbound and inbound motions.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms and Salesforce reporting.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for campaign personalization and insight generation.
