The role
Aidey, an outsourcing company in the Philippines, is hiring an entry-level technical support specialist for a client that sells a conversion optimisation platform to Shopify brands. Fresh graduates are welcome, and the role includes rotating shifts and weekends.
What you will do
- Monitor, troubleshoot and respond to support inquiries in real time
- Open and track Jira tickets and escalate internally
- Learn each customer's business size and goals to give relevant support
- Give guidance on conversion rate optimisation best practice with help from the client's experts
What they ask for
- Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, information systems, software engineering or similar
- Very high level of spoken and written English
- Hands-on HTML and CSS
- Availability for rotating shifts, weekends and on-call coverage
- Internet of 100+ Mbps and a quiet workspace
- Advantages: JavaScript, Shopify, HubSpot or similar CRM, customer support experience, CRO knowledge
