The role
FP Markets, a multi-regulated CFD broker founded in Australia, is hiring a full-time remote Global CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager reporting to the CMO. You will build and run email and WhatsApp journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, from lead to first trade.
What you will do
- Design, build and improve automated journeys for Lead, Registration, First Time Deposit and First Time Trade stages
- Manage audience segmentation, entry and suppression logic
- Build, QA and send email campaigns and own templates for regional localisation
- Run WhatsApp marketing from opt-in and template approval to frequency management
- Test messaging, timing, channels and offers, and report on funnel conversion
- Build regulatory requirements into journeys with Compliance
What they ask for
- Demonstrable hands-on experience building multi-step journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Practical use of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, Data Extensions and SQL
- Experience running WhatsApp as a marketing channel; email-only is not enough
- Track record of owning conversion performance with measurable results
- Knowledge of deliverability, consent and data protection across jurisdictions
- Fluent English, written and spoken
