The role
FP Markets, an Australian-founded CFD broker, is hiring a full-time remote Customer Support Specialist in the APAC region. The role answers client queries by phone, email and live chat on rotating weekday shifts in UTC+8.
What you will do
- Answer client queries by telephone, email and live chat and solve their problems
- Teach clients how to use the website and trading platforms
- Talk with clients about the company's products and services
- Assist other departments
What they ask for
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication across live chat, email and phone
- Customer-oriented with good problem-solving
- Rotating shifts Monday-Friday, 6:00-15:00 or 7:00-16:00 UTC+8
- Available on public holidays and one Saturday and Sunday a month
- Customer support or forex/CFD experience is an advantage
