The role
FP Markets, a multi-regulated CFD broker, is hiring a Mobile App Growth Manager in its Channel team. The role owns app acquisition from install to first-time deposit, covering paid campaigns, app store optimisation and measurement.
What you will do
- Plan and optimise paid install campaigns on Apple Search Ads, Google, Meta, TikTok and programmatic partners
- Own the app acquisition budget by region and reallocate spend weekly
- Run App Store and Google Play optimisation and store-listing experiments
- Set up and maintain mobile measurement with an MMP, SKAdNetwork and Privacy Sandbox
- Work with Product and CRM on onboarding, KYC and first-deposit flows
- Make sure app marketing meets regulator and Apple/Google financial-services rules
What they ask for
- 4+ years in mobile app user acquisition with a multi-channel paid budget, ideally USD 250k+ a month
- Experience in FX/CFD trading, iGaming or crypto acquisition
- Proven ASO results on App Store and Google Play
- Working knowledge of AppsFlyer, Adjust or Branch, SKAdNetwork and post-ATT measurement
- Strong analytics: cohort analysis, LTV modelling, Excel or Sheets and BI dashboards
- Fluent English
