The role
Thumbtack, a home services app, is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager for Paid Social to scale its consumer program across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit, and to build its Pro (B2B) strategy on social. Salary ranges listed are for US candidates.
What you will do
- Manage and scale consumer Paid Social campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit.
- Find and launch new social platforms for customer growth.
- Lead the Pro (B2B) strategy and execution on social channels.
- Run in-house campaign management: budget pacing, bidding, creative iteration and audience segmentation.
- Build testing roadmaps and own tracking, QA, reporting and measurement.
- Work with Brand and Creative on performance-driven creative.
What they ask for
- 6+ years managing and scaling paid social programs with large monthly spend.
- Technical expertise in at least two of Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit.
- Track record of unlocking growth from new channels and tactics.
- Analytical skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with incrementality, MMM, A/B and lift testing, and attribution.
- Experience collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics or similar is preferred.
