The role
Thumbtack, a home services marketplace, is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to scale its consumer Paid Social program across platforms such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit. The role also covers an emerging Pro (B2B) strategy. The posting gives pay for candidates in Ontario and British Columbia.
What you will do
- Manage and scale consumer Paid Social campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit
- Find and launch new social platforms for customer growth
- Lead the emerging Pro (B2B) strategy and execution on social channels
- Run campaign optimization: budget pacing, bidding, creative iteration and audience segmentation
- Build testing roadmaps and own tracking, QA, reporting and measurement
- Work with Brand and Creative teams on performance-driven creative
What they ask for
- 6+ years managing and scaling paid social programs at multi-million monthly spend
- Deep expertise in at least two of Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit
- Track record of unlocking growth from new channels and tactics
- Strong analytics: Excel or Google Sheets, incrementality, MMM, A/B and lift testing, attribution
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional partners
- Bachelor's or Master's in a related field preferred
