The role
Valatam is hiring a bilingual English and Spanish junior social media and digital marketing specialist for its global clients. The role is remote and open to candidates in Latin America.
What you will do
- Design, curate and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook using Canva and CapCut
- Maintain social media content calendars
- Help draft, build and track client email campaigns
- Support paid advertising and build KPI reports
- Handle marketing admin and digital asset organization
What they ask for
- Advanced or native English (C1/C2) and Spanish, written and spoken
- 1 to 2 years in digital marketing, social media or marketing administration
- Hands-on with Canva, CapCut, scheduling platforms and social analytics tools
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365
- Quiet home office with at least 10 Mbps down and 2 Mbps up, plus a backup connection
- Must stay in the home country for the first 4 months with no planned travel
- Degree in marketing, communications or business preferred
