The role
Valatam, a company connecting bilingual Latin American talent with global clients, is hiring a Junior Bilingual Customer Service Representative. The role is entry-level, full-time and fully remote. It handles routine customer inquiries by phone, email and chat. Open to candidates located in Latin America.
What you will do
- Answer routine inbound and outbound inquiries by phone, email and live chat
- Help customers with basic account updates and standard troubleshooting
- Escalate complex or high-priority requests to senior team members
- Track pending communications and send routine follow-ups
- Keep customer profiles and interaction logs updated in the CRM
- Gather information from internal teams and give general admin support to the department
What they ask for
- Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish
- 1-2 years of experience in administration or virtual assistance
- Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Quiet home office and stable internet (at least 10 Mbps down, 2 Mbps up) with a backup connection
- Located in Latin America and available without travel for the first four months
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
