The role
Wealthsimple is hiring a Growth Manager to run performance and lifecycle marketing for its active trader and crypto segment. The role owns media buys and in-app journeys that turn new accounts into funded traders. Wealthsimple describes itself as a hybrid team.
What you will do
- Own demand generation for traders and crypto investors across paid social, TradingView, finance media, newsletters, SEM and influencers
- Plan budgets, negotiate placements and run creative and landing page tests
- Own trader lifecycle journeys for activation, first trade, funding and re-engagement in Braze
- Lead go-to-market for products such as options, futures, margin and crypto
- Build funnel reporting and work with Analytics on incrementality
- Embed AI tools in performance and lifecycle workflows
What they ask for
- 4-6 years in performance, growth or lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on paid media across platforms like Google, Meta, X or YouTube, optimized for downstream value
- Lifecycle experience; Braze, Iterable, HubSpot or similar preferred
- Experience marketing to engaged, high-intent audiences
- Partnership with Product, Analytics and Product Marketing
- Habit of using AI to speed up work, and an analytical mindset
