The role
Stripe is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager for AMER events, owning the operations behind its in-person and online events from campaign intake through post-event reporting. You would work with Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Martech and Sales teams.
What you will do
- Own marketing operations for in-person and online events, from intake to post-event reporting.
- Set operational plans, timelines and success metrics with Field Marketing, Demand Gen, Martech and Sales.
- Run audience segmentation, registration, email, testing, launch readiness and attendance tracking.
- Capture, validate and reconcile attendee and non-attendee data.
- Oversee lead scoring, routing, nurture and handoff to sales.
- Report on campaign performance, attendance, lead routing and pipeline impact.
What they ask for
- 5+ years in marketing operations, demand generation operations, event operations or a related field.
- 3+ years of Marketo experience building scalable programs.
- Experience optimizing workflows in event and webinar platforms such as Splash and ON24.
- Experience with audience segmentation, lead management and sales follow-up processes.
- Program-management skills across multiple concurrent events.
- Understanding of data quality, consent, privacy and contact governance.
- Experience integrating AI into marketing operations workflows.
