The role
Stripe is hiring a marketing leader to own global partner marketing for SaaS platform and AI partners. The role leads a global team of six across APAC, AMER and EMEA and sets multi-year strategy, investment and programs that drive partner-sourced pipeline and adoption.
What you will do
- Set the multi-year global strategy and operating model for SaaS platform and AI partner marketing
- Lead and develop a team of six partner marketers across APAC, AMER and EMEA, and manage agencies
- Build relationships with partner CMOs and senior Stripe leaders and align joint strategies
- Own go-to-market plans for priority partnerships from positioning and launch to demand generation and adoption
- Build partner programs and reusable playbooks that scale across partners and regions
- Govern market development funds and track results through dashboards and business reviews
What they ask for
- 15+ years of B2B marketing experience, including partner, ecosystem, channel or alliances marketing
- Track record setting global marketing strategy across regions
- Experience leading a distributed team of experienced marketers
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience managing significant budgets or market development funds and evaluating ROI
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
