The role
TransPerfect's digital marketing group is hiring a Paid Media Manager to plan and run paid search and paid social strategies that raise return on ad spend for global clients. The role reports to the Head of Digital Strategy and supports US and EU time zones.
What you will do
- Develop data-driven paid media strategies aimed at maximizing ROAS
- Oversee execution, optimization and analysis of campaigns with internal and external team members
- Advise global clients with insights and recommendations
- Work with the Paid Social and SEO teams on integrated strategies
- Analyze performance metrics and present recommendations to stakeholders
- Track industry trends and competitors to improve strategy
What they ask for
- 4+ years in paid search and paid social strategy and execution, preferably at an international agency
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and Google Analytics
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including client presentations
- Experience in cross-functional teams
- Flexible for US and EU time zones; fluent English, second language desirable
