The role
Twilio, a remote-first communications company, is hiring a Partner Marketing Specialist to support its partner marketing programs. The work covers lead data, budget tracking, events and campaign materials for partners. It suits someone with 3-4 years of marketing experience.
What you will do
- Own lead uploads for partner campaigns and events, with clean formatting, tagging and partner attribution
- Audit campaign member statuses and partner accounts for accurate reporting
- Assemble and distribute campaign-in-a-box kits for partners
- Keep the self-service Partner Portal organized and current
- Review partner co-branded materials against brand guidelines
- Coordinate the annual Partner Summit and similar events, including timelines, registration and logistics
What they ask for
- 3-4 years in marketing operations, event coordination or partner/channel marketing support
- Hands-on Salesforce experience
- Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools is highly desirable
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for lead lists and budgets
- Experience organizing digital assets or updating a PRM platform or CMS portal
- Experience planning corporate events, webinars or large meetings
- May occasionally need to attend in-person gatherings
