The company is hiring a full-time contract Medical-Legal QME/AME Report Writer for a workers' compensation and personal injury practice. Candidates in Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras or Nicaragua can apply.
What you will do
- Draft QME, AME and IME reports from clinical findings
- Summarize medical records into chronological summaries
- Apply AMA Guides impairment ratings and apportionment rules
- Work with physicians to meet filing deadlines
What they ask for
- 2+ years drafting California QME/AME medical-legal reports
- Strong command of the AMA Guides, 5th Edition
- Knowledge of California workers' compensation terminology
- Strong medical writing and editing skills
- Available Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm PST
