The role
The company is hiring a senior backend engineer for its Capacity Modeling team, turning traffic forecasts into capacity plans. The role is remote in Canada for residents of most provinces outside Quebec.
What you will do
- Own and deliver the team's quarterly goals
- Build capacity models and recommend infrastructure settings
- Support operations, metrics and on-call
- Set code review and design standards
What they ask for
- 4+ years building backend systems at scale in Python or Kotlin
- Experience with AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Resident of AB, BC, MB, NB, NL, NS, ON, PE or SK
